Wondr Diamonds is looking for an experienced Store Manager from the jewellery retail industry to manage daily store operations drive sales performance and deliver an exceptional customer experience at our premium showroom locations.
Key Responsibilities-
Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth showroom functioning.

Drive sales targets revenue growth and conversion ratios.

Handle high-value jewellery sales with professionalism and product expertise.

Lead train and motivate the store sales team to achieve individual and store goals.

Ensure excellent customer service client retention and repeat business.

Maintain inventory accuracy stock movement and coordination with HO.

Oversee billing cash handling and POS operations.

Ensure store visual merchandising hygiene and brand standards are maintained.

Handle customer escalations after-sales service and complaint resolution.

Coordinate with management on promotions offers and store performance reports.

Ensure compliance with company policies security and audit requirements.

Mandatory: Experience in the jewellery retail industry only.

Proven experience as a Store Manager / Assistant Store Manager in jewellery.

Strong knowledge of diamond and gold jewellery sales processes.

Excellent communication leadership and customer-handling skills.

Ability to manage teams and perform under sales pressure.

Familiarity with retail KPIs CRM and inventory systems.

Willingness to work in mall retail hours and weekends.

Salary: 60000 per month
