We are looking for an experienced and strategic Senior Outreach Executive to manage and scale our publisher acquisition and relationship operations.

This role involves:

Managing the outreach team

Optimizing outreach processes

Negotiating competitive pricing

You will be responsible for both execution and leadership ensuring consistent growth of our publisher network and improving operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the outreach team set monthly targets and monitor performance metrics.

Identify approach and onboard high-quality niche-relevant publishers.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with website owners and editors.

Negotiate pricing turnaround time and publishing terms to optimize costs.

Review and approve websites based on SEO quality metrics (traffic DR/DA spam score indexing).

Improve outreach strategies email templates and follow-up systems to increase response and conversion rates.

Coordinate with SEO/Operations teams to fulfill inventory gaps and resolve publisher-side issues.

Track analyze and report outreach performance (response rate onboarding quality rejection reduction).

Required Skills & Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in SEO outreach or link building

Minimum 1 year of team handling experience

Strong written and verbal communication skills

In-depth understanding of SEO metrics (DA/DR traffic analysis spam score anchor text strategy)

Experience with outreach tools and CRM systems

Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills

Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making
