Salary range: $58000-$81000/ year *Based on experience and education
Schedule: Monday - Thursday 9am - 7pm
Responsibilities
What Youll Do
- Lead 34 one-hour group therapy sessions per day using a structured evidence-based curriculum.
- Facilitate group discussions using a plug and play approach from approved modalities to meet members where they are within the guardrails of our clinical framework.
- Collaborate with prescribers care navigators and recovery coaches.
- Monitor member progress and document outcomes.
- Support a positive recovery-oriented environment for members.
- Engage in local community outreach to promote Groups mission.
Qualifications
What Youll Bring
- Licensure: An active fully independent WA license: LMHC LCSW LMFT and/or Certified SUDP (Substance Use Disorder Professional)
- Experience: Minimum two years leading groups in a SUD setting.
- High comfort level with Technology: EMR Telehealth software Google products (Gmail Google Docs/Sheets/Drive) mobile apps etc.
- Compassion collaboration commitment to quality care and an investment in member success.
- Ability to work 2-3 evenings per week up to 9pm as needed.
- Other preferred backgrounds experience and skills include: mental health social work substance use disorder treatment therapy human services social services medication assisted treatment or MAT.
