Responsibilities
What Youll Do
- Lead 23 one-hour group therapy sessions per day using a structured evidence-based curriculum.
- Facilitate group discussions using a plug and play approach from approved modalities to meet members where they are within the guardrails of our clinical framework.
- Collaborate with prescribers care navigators and recovery coaches.
- Monitor member progress and document outcomes.
- Support a positive recovery-oriented environment for members.
- Engage in local community outreach to promote Groups mission.
Qualifications
- Salary range: $50000-$60000/ year *Based on experience and education
Schedule: Mon 10a-8p;Tues 930a-7:30p; Wed 10a-8p; Thurs 9:30a-7:30p - Bachelors or Masters degree
Required licensure or certification*: Behavioral health licensure including but not limited to: LCSW LPC LMHC MCAP LMFT CAP with ability and willingness to obtain licensure reciprocity in other states
- Minimum two years of experience leading group therapy in a SUD setting.
- High comfort level with Technology: EMR Telehealth software Google products (Gmail Google Docs/Sheets/Drive) mobile apps etc.
- Compassion collaboration commitment to quality care and an investment in member success.
- Ability to work 2-3 evenings per week up to 9pm as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Other preferred backgrounds experience and skills include: mental health social work substance use disorder treatment therapy human services social services medication assisted treatment or MAT
