Role specifics and benefits:
- Key responsibilities: Under supervision of a licensed PT assist with initial assessments and treatment planning; lead and modify therapeutic exercises ROM gait training strengthening balance activities and functional mobility tasks; support modalities and manual therapy per protocol; assist with patient education on home exercises activity modification and self-management; monitor vitals and safety document progress and maintain accurate records; prepare treatment areas and ensure equipment is clean and ready for use; collaborate with the PT and care team to optimize each patients progress.
