Key Responsibilities

Consult with clients to identify travel preferences and needs
Research and coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
Manage bookings confirmations and travel documentation
Act as a point of contact before and during travel
Maintain accurate client records

Requirements

Strong communication and customer service skills
Basic computer proficiency including email and web-based systems
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
