Senior Product Designer

Job Description:
Lead the end-to-end design for a core product area within a global logistics platform. You will transform complex workflows into intuitive data-dense desktop experiences used daily by supply chain professionals. With direct access to end users and full ownership from discovery to high-fidelity UI your work will directly impact global trade efficiency.

What you will do:

Lead the end-to-end design process including user research journey mapping and high-fidelity UI handoff
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders in Product and Engineering to simplify complex enterprise workflows
Shape the internal design culture through mentorship craft advocacy and exploration of AI-driven workflows

The ideal candidate:

Extensive experience designing data-dense desktop B2B SaaS platforms with complex enterprise workflows
Proven track record leading 01 projects from ambiguous discovery phases through to final production
Excellent communicator comfortable collaborating with engineers and presenting design decisions to external client stakeholders
