We arelooking for:EmergencyVeterinaryClinical Supervisor

Schedule: Wednesday-Saturday 3pm-1am

Compensation: This position has an initial hiring range of $42.25 to $48.50 per hour based on skillset and experience.

We support our evening and weekend caregivers with lucrative shift differentials:

Hours worked from 8pm - 11:59pm base pay $4/hour
Hours worked from 12am - 7:59am base pay $6/hour
Hours worked on weekends (day or night) base pay $3/hour any applicable differential

Whatyoulldo:

Escalates issues to Clinical Manager

Functions as a scheduled Clinical Services team member within department(s)

Collaborates with other departmentsregardingpatient and client needs

Prioritizes and organizes workflows for shift

Directly manages Clinical Services team members while on shift which includes but is not limited to:

Manages early call-ins early departures call-offs sharing of resources breaks and lunches for team members

Assigns team member responsibilities per shift

Addresses process or employee issues during their shift

Communicates schedule changes performanceconcernsand shiftissues tothe Clinical Manager routinely

Serves as first level responder to client concerns and drug escalations

Trains and mentors new team members

Provides input to Clinical Manager on team member performance evaluations

Participates in on-call responsibilities

Participates in management or administrative meeting(s) routinely

Who you are:

Strongcommunicationskills

Prior veterinary experiencepreviousemergencyexperience desired

Proficientincalculations(drugs constant rate infusions unit conversions etc.)

Flexibility with work hours and able to workadditionalhours when necessary

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Excellent verbal and written
