Work side-by-side with hospitalist providers palliative care and car coordination teams in our 4 metro hospitals to drive exceptional patient outcomes and operational excellence!
M-F Days; 6a-2:30p
Occasional evening and weekend
No holidays
Associate degree required
RN MO and KS required
Leadership experience preferred
Inpatient and outpatient experience preferred
A year of experience or more preferred
The Opportunity
Manages specific administrative and clinical functions related to the daily operations of the clinic as assigned. Supervise assigned clinical departments. Responsible for all resources and functions related to patient care including ordering supplies QA regulatory compliance OSHA maintenance of clinical equipment and regular staff meetings. Also responsible for training and development of assigned employees including hiring decisions discipline and staff evaluations. Assist clinical staff as needed. Overall responsible for working to achieve quality healthcare and high patient satisfaction.
