As the Senior Data & Intelligence Delivery (DID) Manager within the Assurance
Innovation & Digital team you wont just oversee delivery youll help shape the
future of digital audit empower teams and drive visible change across a portfolio of
leading audit clients.
Reporting directly to the Africa DID Leader you will lead a talented Data & Intelligence
Delivery team unlock the power of EYs digital capabilities and help bridge the gap
between cutting-edge technology and real-world client outcomes.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Take Ownership and oversite of key client accounts building trusted relationships
through client visits informed scoping and proactive issue resolution. - Serve as a key touchpoint for Audit leadership PPD and COO teams on complex
high-visibility engagements. - Support and coach Data Delivery Managers through regular check-ins reviews KPI
setting and performance cycles. - Elevate team capability through smart prioritisation stand-ups onboarding and
thoughtful workload planning especially during peak audit seasons. - Manage delivery lists optimise weekly planning and ensure deadlines are achieved
smoothly and effeciently - Champion operational excellence across Helix reviews process improvements
communications budget alignment and cost-saving initiatives. - Deep-dive into complex data challenges with analysts clients and audit teams to
create meaningful reliable data solutions. - Develop a strong understanding of Assurances full suite of digital solutions and act as a
trusted advisor to engagement teams. - Produce value reports for top clients and help embed digital insights into audit
committee documentation. - Collaborate with the GTM team to bring the EY Assurance digital oƯering to life
strengthening our reputation and value proposition. - Lead GTM project tracking and cross-functional collaboration with Creative Services
and internal stakeholders to amplify messaging and support strategic priorities.
Required Skills and Experiences:
- A qualified CA with at least 4 years post-articles experience and a strong grounding in
audit and data - Collaborative curious and passionate about improving audit quality with digital
solutions. - A confident communicator with strong interpersonal and presentation skills
- A proactive problem-solver who can navigate complexity with composure
- Someone who values integrity objectivity and the courage to raise concerns
- A natural project manager who can balance operational detail with big-picture thinking
- A creative analytical thinker who loves turning challenges into opportunitie
