You will lead a newly formed backend team of five engineers focusing on core product innovation and delivery. What you will do

• Manage and mentor a team of engineers fostering growth through consistent coaching feedback and career development.

• Collaborate with Product and Technical Leads to ensure timely delivery of high-quality features from design to maintenance.

• Champion operational excellence and high engineering standards holding the team accountable for technical and delivery outcomes.

The ideal candidate

• Extensive hands-on experience in a dynamic or strongly typed language with a strong preference for Python expertise.

• Proven background in software engineering with a delivery-focused mindset and a passion for developing technical talent.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build cross-functional relationships and drive impactful technical initiatives.
