Customer Success Manager

Job Description:
As a Customer Success Manager you will lead partner experience for an innovative wealth tech platform. You will serve as the primary point of contact for existing customers leveraging AI-driven tools to optimize their journey. Your mission is to drive retention identify upsell opportunities and ensure clients maximize the platforms value.

What you will do:

Manage a portfolio of existing customers to ensure long-term satisfaction and platform adoption.
Identify and execute strategic upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive revenue growth.
Collaborate with product teams to translate customer feedback into AI-enhanced feature improvements.

The ideal candidate:

Proven experience in customer success or account management within the wealth tech sector.
Familiarity with AI technologies and how they apply to financial services workflows.
Strong commercial acumen with a track record of meeting retention and expansion targets.
