Responsibilities:
- Provide hands-on support to individuals with disabilities in their homes and community settings.
- Assist with daily living activities skill-building and transportation to appointments or activities.
- Promote independence dignity and quality of life for all members.
- Maintain accurate documentation of services provided.
Requirements:
- Valid Drivers License and reliable transportation (travel throughout Shelby County required).
- Ability to work flexible part-time hours.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for helping others.
- Previous experience in caregiving or DSP roles preferred but not required.
