Job Summary

Title: Neighbourhood Housing Lead East and East Anglia - Multiple

Contract Type: Permanent - Full Time - 35 hours

Salary: 35951 per annum to 39531 per annum (London weighted salary) dependant on experience plus 1300 ECU allowance*

Grade: 7

Reporting Office: Stratford London E15

Working/Patch Location:Redbridge Newham Havering Barking and Tower Hamlets.

Persona: Agile:20% - 40% of contractual hours to be worked from reporting office/working location (hybrid working)

Working Pattern: Monday Friday 09:00 17:00

Closing Date: 14th January 2026 -23:00

Would you like to join our revamped Housing Management Team as a Neighbourhood Housing Lead and help us to deliver an excellent service for residents This is an exciting opportunity for anyone who is a customer-focused team player.

Your impact in the role as the Neighbourhood Housing Lead youll be responsible for the following:

  • Supporting the Housing Management team to deliver a reliable repeatable and consistent service for residents.
  • You will be key to improving resident satisfaction building trust and making sure that residents have a home that theyre happy in
  • Youll be the primary relationship holder with the residents living in homes on your patch. Patches are being designed to align with local authority areas and are expected to cover around 500 600 homes.

What youll bring:

  • You should have a proven track record of building relationships with people and be able to communicate well with colleagues and residents.
  • Youll be able to problem solve and will pride yourself on your grit and determination. Youll have a can-do attitude and be motivated by keeping promises to residents.
  • Youll be willing to push boundaries and challenge the business where needed to achieve the very best outcomes for residents.
  • Youll have excellent time management skills along with the ability to manage a complex workload whilst adhering to important deadlines.
  • Stakeholder management is also key to this role and an ability to engage with a diverse customer base is essential.
  • Have demonstrable experience in a similar role.
  • Have a valid license and access to a car for work use.
