Position Overview

Precision Tune Auto Care is seeking a motivatedAssistant Service Manager / Shop Foremanto help lead daily shop operations support technicians and deliver a hospitality-driven customer experience. This role is ideal for someone who understands shop flow technician productivity and clear customer communication.

What Youll Do

Support the Store Manager with daily operations customer service and sales
Help direct shop flow technician productivity and vehicle movement
UseMotoVisualsto create clear professionalcustomer-facing videosexplaining vehicle issues andsafety concerns
Assist with training and coaching technicians on workflow and inspection processes
Maintain shop productivity workflow efficiency and safety standards
Handle POS transactions inventory control and vendor coordination
Act as the primary supervisor in the absence of management
Maintain a clean organized and hospitality-first shop environment

What Were Looking For

High School Diploma or GED
1 year of automotive service or shop leadership experience
Foreman lead technician or assistant manager experience preferred
Strong leadership organization and customer communication skills
Comfortable usingMotoVisuals a smartphone and acomputer
Valid drivers license
Ability to work in a fast-paced service environment
