Responsibilities
- Drive FullService Lease sales.
- Nurture & enrichrelationships to build long term relationships with customer and prospects.
- Exhibit consultative selling skills. Assist customers in choosing Full ServiceLease Rental or Fleet Management byasking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
- Continuously develop product and sales acumen to become the vehicle authority. Know the ins and the outs of product offerings optional packages and the latest technologies.
- Perform high-quality professional demonstrations
- Follow-up with customer & prospectsto ensure successful referral business.
- Overcome objections and thrive within sales situations.
- Report directly to the General Managerregarding objectives planned activities reviews and analyses.
- Bring your A game along with a positive attitude to work with you every single day.
Qualifications
- Self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit
- Minimum 2 years business to business sales experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Professional appearance & attitude
- Clean driving record and valid drivers license
- Experience with Full Service Lease & Rental a plus
