We are looking for a French-speaking Tech Support Specialist (Tier 1) to provide exceptional support and guidance to our users.
Your Role
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers responding to inquiries via email chat or phone.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues escalating complex cases when necessary.
- Assist users in navigating and utilizing the platform efficiently.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure continuous service improvements.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through clear communication and problem-solving.
What Were Looking For
French native level with strong written and verbal skills.
English B2 level (intermediate).
Basic technical troubleshooting skills and interest in SaaS/financial tools.
Customer-focused mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities
- Previous experience in technical support or customer service is an advantage.
Salary & Benefits Package
For Local Candidates: 1251.84 gross/month
