Job Description Business Manager (Leadsquared)
Location : Kalkaji New Delhi Delhi 110019
Type: Full-Time On-site
Experience : 5 Years

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Strategy & Development: Design and implement a comprehensive business strategy for LeadSquared solutions ensuring alignment with Savexs objectives and LeadSquared s roadmap.
  • Market Development: Identify and engage potential partners and channels building relationships to drive awareness and adoption of LeadSquared products within the distribution segment.
  • Sales Enablement: Collaborate closely with sales and pre-sales teams to enhance product knowledge facilitate training and boost product sales across the LeadSquared portfolio.
  • Revenue and Target Achievement: Set and accomplish revenue goals and key performance indicators for LeadSquared solutions tracking financial performance and adjusting strategies as necessary.
  • Partnership and Vendor Relations: Build and maintain strong working relationships with LeadSquared representatives ensuring smooth coordination on business development initiatives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams in marketing finance and operations to support and streamline processes that drive LeadSquare solution sales and customer satisfaction.


Requirements

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business IT or a related field; a Masters degree is advantageous.
  • Proven experience in managing SaaS or cloud-based products ideally within a distribution segment.
  • In-depth understanding of IT distribution channels and partner dynamics in India.
  • Strong communication and strategic planning skills with experience in partner relationship management.
  • Track record of achieving revenue targets and expanding market reach for SaaS or IT solutions
