Job Description Business Manager (Leadsquared)
Location : Kalkaji New Delhi Delhi 110019
Type: Full-Time On-site
Experience : 5 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy & Development: Design and implement a comprehensive business strategy for LeadSquared solutions ensuring alignment with Savexs objectives and LeadSquared s roadmap.
- Market Development: Identify and engage potential partners and channels building relationships to drive awareness and adoption of LeadSquared products within the distribution segment.
- Sales Enablement: Collaborate closely with sales and pre-sales teams to enhance product knowledge facilitate training and boost product sales across the LeadSquared portfolio.
- Revenue and Target Achievement: Set and accomplish revenue goals and key performance indicators for LeadSquared solutions tracking financial performance and adjusting strategies as necessary.
- Partnership and Vendor Relations: Build and maintain strong working relationships with LeadSquared representatives ensuring smooth coordination on business development initiatives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams in marketing finance and operations to support and streamline processes that drive LeadSquare solution sales and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business IT or a related field; a Masters degree is advantageous.
- Proven experience in managing SaaS or cloud-based products ideally within a distribution segment.
- In-depth understanding of IT distribution channels and partner dynamics in India.
- Strong communication and strategic planning skills with experience in partner relationship management.
- Track record of achieving revenue targets and expanding market reach for SaaS or IT solutions
