Job Summary
In charge of HR general focusing on Talent Acquisition Talent Development Employee Engagement Performance Management under assigned scope.
1. Talent Acquisition
- Lead the full recruitment cycle including job posting sourcing screening test (if any) interviewing and hiringfollowing Recruitment Policy.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and define hiring strategies.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires and support their transition into the organization.
- Support in employer branding when needed
2. Talent Development
- Monitor training program according to assignment from line manager.
- Support leadership development initiatives and succession planning.
- Monitor training evaluation feedback forms action plans and follow-up
- Maintain updated training record
3. Employee Engagement
- Execute employee engagement programs aimed at improving workplace satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct regular surveys feedback sessions and focus groups to assess employee morale and needs.
- Promote a culture of recognition collaboration and inclusivity.
4. Performance Management
- Support in the annual performance review process.
- Provide guidance to managers on performance improvement coaching and feedback practices when needed.
- Ensure performance standards and KPIs are aligned with business objectives.
5. Organizational Structure
- Maintain updated organizational charts job descriptions and role definitions.
- Provide data-driven insights to support strategic HR and organizational decisions.
6. HR Report
- Conduct HR report as per assignment
- Maintain report up to date and ready for review
Qualifications :
- At least 3-year experience in the same role in FDI companies.
- Bachelor in Human Resources Business & Administration Management preferred.
- English level: Intermediate in 4 skills
- Creativity as a problem solver and out of the box thinker.
- Hard work proactive open minded responsive well organized time management cautious and honest.
- Teamwork high responsibility.
- Good at computer skill
- Good at design tool is an advantage.
