Job Summary

In charge of HR general focusing on Talent Acquisition Talent Development Employee Engagement Performance Management under assigned scope.

1. Talent Acquisition 

  • Lead the full recruitment cycle including job posting sourcing screening test (if any) interviewing and hiringfollowing Recruitment Policy.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and define hiring strategies.
  • Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires and support their transition into the organization.
  • Support in employer branding when needed

2. Talent Development 

  • Monitor training program according to assignment from line manager.
  • Support leadership development initiatives and succession planning.
  • Monitor training evaluation feedback forms action plans and follow-up
  • Maintain updated training record

3. Employee Engagement

  • Execute employee engagement programs aimed at improving workplace satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct regular surveys feedback sessions and focus groups to assess employee morale and needs.
  • Promote a culture of recognition collaboration and inclusivity.

4. Performance Management

  • Support in the annual performance review process.
  • Provide guidance to managers on performance improvement coaching and feedback practices when needed.
  • Ensure performance standards and KPIs are aligned with business objectives.

5. Organizational Structure

  • Maintain updated organizational charts job descriptions and role definitions.
  • Provide data-driven insights to support strategic HR and organizational decisions.

6. HR Report 

  • Conduct HR report as per assignment
  • Maintain report up to date and ready for review

Qualifications :

  • At least 3-year experience in the same role in FDI companies.
  • Bachelor in Human Resources Business & Administration Management preferred.
  • English level: Intermediate in 4 skills
  • Creativity as a problem solver and out of the box thinker.
  • Hard work proactive open minded responsive well organized time management cautious and honest.
  • Teamwork high responsibility.
  • Good at computer skill
  • Good at design tool is an advantage.
