We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Technical Recruiter who can attract screen and hire top-tier technical talent across various disciplines. This role is essential in ensuring our company grows with the right people in the right positions at the right time.

What are you expected to do

• Collaborate closely with the team to understand clients specific technical and non-technical needs and job requirements.
• Lead the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing and screening to interviewing selecting and extending offers.
• Utilize various sourcing strategies including job boards social media and direct outreach to find high-quality technical candidates.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline of skilled professionals for current and future hiring needs.
• Conduct thorough candidate assessments and ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the process.
• Use data and metrics to refine recruiting processes and make strategic hiring decisions.
• Stay updated on recruitment best practices trends and market insights particularly within the tech industry.

Youll be a great fit if:

• You have at least 5 years of experience in technical recruitment preferably in a fast-paced or tech-driven environment agency or headhunting setup.
• You are well-versed in sourcing screening and hiring for a wide range of technical roles.
• You have strong english communication skills (professional level) and the ability to engage candidates/clients effectively.
• You are detail-oriented and able to manage multiple job requisitions simultaneously.
• You are familiar with recruitment tools such as ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and sourcing platforms (LinkedIn etc.).
• You have experience working with both local and international candidates specifically in the Southeast Asia region.

Please note: This role is remote; however we require candidates to be based locally in HanoiVietnam. This is to support occasional onsite activities such as team events client meetings or equipment handover. Additionally local residency is necessary for compliance with Vietnam labor laws and employment regulations.

1. Youll go through 34 interviews plus a possible assessment with our client partner. This includes an initial chat a culture-fit interview and 12 conversations with our awesome client. The whole process usually takes 12 weeks but well let you know if things need to move quicker.
