Role Summary
The Data Engineer ensures data integrity and consistency during the transition from DB2 to PostgreSQL while maintaining interoperability with SQL Server.
- Validate migrated data structures and transformations
- Support data integration between systems
- Perform data quality analysis and reconciliation
- Assist with performance tuning and data issue resolution
- Support testing and verification activities
Clearance: Secret
Location: Remote
Degree: Bachelors degree in Computer Science Data Engineering Software Engineering or related field (Masters degree preferred)
Years of Experience: 7-9 years in data engineering or database-focused roles
