Be responsible for management of warehouse routine work to ensure the support to production and logistics
负责仓库日常工作的管理满足生产和物流发货需求
Conduct receiving storage kitting shipping activities timely and correctly make sure the work instructions are followed the materials are placed orderly ensure inventory data accuracy.
及时并正确执行仓库收货储存发料出货的工作并追踪保证原材料有序放置以及库存数据的准确性
Make a physical inventory plan and conduct Physical Inventory according to plan to ensure the accuracy.
制定盘点计划进行定期库存盘点确保货帐相符
Implement 5S safety management in field to ensure safe production
执行仓库5S管理安全管理实现安全生产
Be responsible for manpower daily management: skills training and certification labor discipline and team building to improve employee capacity and work efficiency
负责仓库人员的日常管理技能培训和考核劳动纪律团队建设提高员工技能和工作效率
Be responsible for internal and external logistics arrangements and coordination to ensure the production and
delivery activities
负责内外部物流安排及协调确保生产及收发货活动正常进行
Set up and continuously improve warehouse process and system
建立并持续完善仓库工作流程和管理制度
Fulfil other tasks assigned by superior.
