We are hiring Service Leader - Chinese Banquet Kitchen(Wok);
As a Service Leader - Chinese Banquet Kitchen(Wok) we rely on you to:
- Responsible for the daily work of the banquet wok including ensuring the food quality and production speed.
- Participate in the research and development of new dishes and tasting.
- According to the business situation order and use raw materials reasonably avoid food waste and control food costs.
- Ensure that the environment and operation of the banquet kitchen comply with food safety policies and hygiene regulations.
- Maintained good communication with the banquet team to ensure smooth operation.
We are looking for someone who:
- At least 2 years of similar work experience in international hotels.
- Familiar with food safety policies and standards of hotel.
- Strong sense of responsibility attention to details proactive attitude.
- Good teamwork ability.
