What Youll Do:

Manage complex litigation matters from pre-suit through trial
Draft pleadings motions discovery and expert-related documentation
Handle depositions mediations and court appearances
Collaborate with partners on trial strategy and preparation
Oversee public and private works litigation involving change orders delays and lien issues

What Were Looking For:

California-licensed attorney in good standing
25 years of litigation experience (construction law preferred but not required)
Strong legal writing and analytical skills
Prior exposure to construction litigation engineering background or experience with competitors is a plus

What Youll Receive:

Base salary: $185000 $205000 DOE
Annual discretionary bonus plus billable hour bonus
Unlimited PTO and 9 paid holidays
