Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP ERP Solution Architect with a strong technical
background and proven expertise in SAP S/4HANA implementations in the European
region. This individual will play a key role in designing implementing and supporting
ERP solutions for our clients. The ideal candidate will possess the technical expertise to
guide development teams and the communication skills to engage effectively with
executive stakeholders ensuring solutions align with business goals and meet regional
requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design and implementation of ERP solutions with an immediate focus
on European Country implementations including compliance with local
regulations and tax requirements.
Collaborate with executive stakeholders to gather requirements present
solutions and ensure strategic alignment across business functions.
Analyze the current ECC deployment to identify and understand unique
customizations and decern if the customization can be managed in standard
SAP S/4HANA capabilities or if the custom solution is necessary.
Provide technical leadership during project lifecycle phases including scoping
planning development testing and deployment.
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients offering insights into ERP best practices and
regional nuances particularly in Europe.
Develop and maintain architecture documentation including technical
specifications workflows and integration diagrams.
Oversee and guide cross-functional teams including developers consultants
and business analysts ensuring project milestones are met.
Ensure seamless integration of ERP systems with other business applications
and third-party tools.
Identify and address risks or issues in solution design and implementation.
Stay up to date on industry trends tools and methodologies to continuously
improve processes and services.

Qualifications:
Degree in Computer Science Information Systems or related field; equivalent
experience will be considered.
10 years of experience as an ERP Solution Architect.
Proven expertise in SAP S/4HANA implementations.
Strong technical background with hands-on experience in SAP S/4AHANA
system implementation configuration and integration.
Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated experience with ERP rollouts in the European region including an
understanding of local tax laws regulatory requirements and business
practices.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey
complex technical concepts to non-technical executives.
Proficient in understanding business processes across various domains
(finance procurement etc.).
Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a
dynamic environment.

Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing client
challenges.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with multi-national companies in Europe.
SAP Certification in FI or related modules.
Familiarity with Agile or other project management methodologies.
