Job Summary

- During your assignment you will actively support the documentation of business processes and solutions for our SAP S/4HANA implementation in Docupedia and SAP Signavio.
- You will help drive the standardization of processes and train international teams in using SAP Signavio for documentation.
- Furthermore you will assist project managers with the planning management documentation and execution of logistics and IT projects confidently using Track and Release (JIRA).
- You will apply your creativity by developing potential uses for Artificial Intelligence to optimize project management and process documentation.
- Preparing for meetings accurately writing minutes monitoring deadlines and general project management tasks will also be part of your responsibilities.
Qualifications :
- Education: studies in the field of Logistics Supply Chain Business Business Informatics Industrial Engineering or comparable with good grades
- Experience and Knowledge: confident use of MS Office; first practical experience with SAP and/or Signavio is a plus
- Personality and Working Practice: you excel at independently applying your strong analytical skills and communicating effectively as a flexible team player all while staying motivated and consistently goal-oriented
- Work Routine: your on-site presence is required
- Enthusiasm: for IT solutions in the Supply Chain
- Languages: fluent in English and German
Additional Information :
Start: according to prior agreement
Duration: 12 months 15 h/week
