Job Summary

Role Overview:

The Retail Operations Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of retail stores to ensure efficiency profitability and customer satisfaction. This role involves managing area managers and store staff optimizing sales ensuring compliance with company policies and implementing strategies to improve performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Achieve operational objectives.
Drive KPIs & profitability.
Work closely with area managers to ensure smooth operations.
Coach sales teams to enhance business performance.
Support store expansion plans.
Conduct business analysis & prepare presentations.
Manage and develop people effectively.
Liaise with key departments for business improvement strategies.
Implement strategic marketing plans.
Conduct regular store visits across the region.

Requirements

Strong leadership and decision-making ability.
Motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Resourceful and solutions-oriented.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to multi-task.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in analyzing and synthesizing data.
Strong business acumen with a solid understanding of retail KPIs.
Experience overseeing approximately 35 or more retail outlets is highly preferred.
