Define and drive the global strategy to expand dealer and distribution networks in priority markets.
Identify assess and select potential partners (distributors dealers and investors).
Establish international dealership standards for brand identity and operations (CI facility planning equipment standards etc.).
Oversee and control new dealer openings and existing dealer renovations ensuring on-time delivery.
Evaluate investment models financial capability and business plans of partners to ensure sustainable growth.
Lead global aftersales strategy and operations (service parts warranty customer care) to grow revenue and customer satisfaction.
Implement aftersales performance management systems and KPIs (CSI workshop productivity parts turnover etc.) and optimize warranty/service cost and processes.
Manage cross-border stakeholder engagement: negotiate with foreign investors/partners support project execution (budgeting facilities recruitment/training) and coordinate cross-functionally (R&D Marketing Sales Finance Legal) while building and developing the Network Development & Aftersales teams.
