The Sales Manager Bancassurance is responsible for managing the daily sales activities and execution plan of sales units in order to achieve the APE target. He/she will develop the distribution strategies and tactical plan for execution.
Review business processes and implement new initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency
Build strong relationships with partners at top management and branch levels on aiming to activate partners business in solid manner
Manage and provide coaching and mentoring the sales management team and the sales execution team
Assist the Head of Department in supporting market intelligence information to formulate strategies
Coordinate with internal departments to obtain required resources and necessary support to achieve business goals
Required Qualifications:
A good bachelor degree majoring in Marketing Business Management
Preferably obtain some basic life insurance qualifications
Has a dynamic personality with good ability to interact with different people and levels
With strong communication skills with ability to communicate confidently at all level
Strong analytical abilities and business acumen
Self-motivated and drive to achieve high income
Should have worked in banks or insurance company for at least 4 to 5 years in sales in Bancassurance/other alternative distribution
Has reasonable knowledge of Microsoft Excel PowerPoint Word and other designing software
