Key Account Management
Department: Services - YMS
KEY OBJECTIVE OF THE JOB :
oCollect weekly inventory stock reports from all assigned clients.
oMaintain accurate and up-to-date records of inventory levels for effective reporting.
oReconcile client-provided inventory data with the YMS portal and actual stock.
oCoordinate with the field team to follow up on pending entries in the YMS system.
oMonitor and ensure timely charging of EVs across all client locations.
oMaintain a weekly log of EV charging activities and report any issues or delays.
oManage the seamless transition and onboarding process for new clients.
oCoordinate internally with the Field team for a seamless transition.
oCoordinate with assigned clients handling queries issues and regular communications.
oMaintain weekly MIS on inventory status EV charging and client transitions.

Educational Qualification: Graduation from Mumbai University
Years and type of experience: 2-3 Yrs
