Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Management: Create implement and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search Display etc.) with a focus on driving Leads and meeting business goals.
- Optimization: Monitor and analyse campaign performance regularly adjusting strategies bids budgets and targeting to optimize performance and maximize ad spend efficiency.
- Keyword Research: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-performing keywords and create effective ad copy that resonates with the target audience.
- A/B Testing: Design and implement A/B testing strategies for ads landing pages and other key elements to continuously improve conversion rates.
- Analytics & Reporting: Use Google Analytics Google Ads and other tracking tools to monitor KPIs such as cost-per-click (CPC) conversion rates and return on ad spend (ROAS). Provide regular performance reports and insights to stakeholders.
- Budget Management: Allocate and manage budgets effectively across campaigns ensuring efficient use of resources and maximizing overall campaign performance.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams such as SEO creative and product teams to ensure consistency across all marketing initiatives and ensure effective execution.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in running Google Ads
- Proven experience in managing Google Ads campaigns with a focus on performance-driven outcomes.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing Google Ads platform Google Analytics and other PPC tools.
- Ability to analyse and interpret data to derive actionable insights and optimize campaigns.
- Proficient in keyword research bidding strategies audience targeting and ad copy creation.
- Experience with A/B testing conversion rate optimization and performance reporting.
- Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Google Ads certification is a plus.
