Role Summary

Wereseeking a hands-onWorkplace Services Managerto build and scale Anaplans Global CapabilityCenter(GCC) in India from the ground up. Thisrolewillhelpshape theofficecultureworkplaceexperienceand safetyof a technology hub that will grow to several hundred employees across Engineering Product and Technical Operations over the coming years.

You willoversee theday to dayexperienceoperation and safetyofAnaplanfutureofficeandpartner withtheSite ChampionReal EstatePeopleand IT to ensure we aredevelopingAnaplanculture and fostering role willonboard during the construction process work with the project team to open the office and work to scale operations as the region grows.This role is onsite 5 days per week.

Your Impact

1. Build from the Ground Up

• Partner withReal Estate IT People and local office champions to openAnaplansNewGlobal CapabilityCenter
• Partner with Office Site Champion and the People team to enrich office culture
• Build and scale operations to support growth in the region

2. Office Operations & Workplace Experience

• Manage day-to-day office operationsinAnaplansnewGlobal CapabilityCenterand other India Co-working officesto ensure a seamless efficientwell-organized and safeworkplaces
• Liaise with internal teams and key stakeholders to create a positive and engaging workplace experience.
• Ensure best practices for physical security health and safety across the office.
• Support and coordinate logistics for onsite meetings leadership visits and internal events.

3. Facilities Security & Vendor Management

• OnboardManageandmaintainrelationships with local Facilities Management (FM) vendors to ensure service quality and compliance.
• Manage daily onsite vendors including physical security and janitorial

4. Budgeting & Financial Oversight

• Develop manage and track the operating budget for theGCCoffice and otherIndia co-working locations.
• Monitor expenses identify cost optimization opportunities and ensure financial discipline as the office scales

5. Data Analyticsand Space Planning

• Leverage data and analytics tobuildoperational efficiency within the office operationsas the office scales
• Use data to partner with local office leads to strategically space planfor office growth

Your Experience

• 5-10yearsof progressiveWorkplacefacilitiesor Real estateexperience ideallysupportinghigh-growth SaaS/Tech organizations.
• Proven track record ofbuilding and scaling a new site(preferablyemployees).
• Proven ability to manage office operations while supporting broader company projects
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
• Experienceasa peopleSupervisor or Manager
• Experience managing Physical SecurityHealthand Safety programs and tools
• Excellent stakeholder management influencing and communication skills
• Data-driven mindset
