Were now looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager a strategic marketing leader ready to help us write the next chapter. This is a fixed-term contract for up to 12 months.

In this roleyoulltake ownership of a dynamic product portfolio driving growth through sharp consumer insight boldstrategyand flawless curiositycreativityand commercial acumen-combining a deep understanding of people with the discipline of data. From shaping brand strategy and leading cross-functional teams to working with world-class creative agencies and delivering innovation tomarketyoullplaya central rolein strengthening our brands and unlocking new opportunities.

This is a role for a marketer who thinks big and thrives on making things as comfortable leading strategic conversations with senior stakeholders as you are digging into consumer trendsanalysingdataor inspiring agencies to create award-winning all youllbring energyimaginationand a genuine passion for connecting brands with people.

Accountabilities.

Experience & Knowledge

  • Proven experience within an FMCG marketing team having held a Product or Brand Manager role Essential

  • Previouspeople management experience Desirable

  • Degree level education or equivalent Essential

  • Strong grasp of consumer data sources (EPOS Shopper Panel) Essential

  • Understanding of consumer research techniques Essential

Skills

  • Proficient PC skills particularly Excel Essential

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills Essential

  • Creativecuriousand commercially minded Essential

  • Analytical with strong numerical capability Essential

  • Confident project management skills Essential

Location.

Being in the office every single day isa thing of the past. Here at McCain we champion hybrid working. Our head office (Customer Experience Centre) is on the outskirts of Scarborough-1.5 hours away from Leeds City Centre and about an hour from York. We have lots of colleagues who travel to and from our Experience Centre (even if it is just for a good coffee!) and because hybrid really does mean hybrid at McCain they get the opportunity to collaborate with their colleagues when theyre in the office and balance that with working from home to ensure they get a good life-work balance.
