Job Summary

We currently have an immediate opening for an Automotive Customer Service Representative.

Job Description:
- Answer incoming sales calls
- Schedule test drive appointments
- Stop the clock and answer internet sales inquires
- Follow up with previous customers
- Answer captivated texting sales questions
- Ensure customer contact is maintained in a timely manner for all internet sales customers
- To be available for continual training in Sales
- Manifest list calls
- Ensure CRM data is correct for all customers
We need this from you:
- Quality and friendly phone skills
- Ability to operate multi-line phone systems
- Ability to use camera equipment for video recording and smartphone applications
- Ability to learn quickly
- Knowledge of general computer applications
- Career-minded and looking for a place to call home
- A positive attitude and the ability to spread it to others
- Minimum 90 calls per shift
