We are bold in our actions nimble in our decision-making and industrious in the way we this excites you then apply Manager CDP StrategyLocation: BangaloreWe are seeking a Senior Manager CDP (Customer Data Platform) Business Lead to drive strategy consulting and solution leadership across CDP initiatives. The role involves shaping client engagements identifying growth opportunities and enabling successful delivery of data-driven customer experience programs. This position requires a strong blend of business acumen consulting expertise and deep knowledge of CDP technologies and use will be responsible for: Business Leadership & StrategyoOwn the CDP practice vision go-to-market strategy and business with sales marketing and consulting teams to define client value propositions and growth and nurture CXO-level relationships to position CDP as a core enabler of digital & SolutioningoTranslate business objectives into CDP use cases and measurable discovery strategy and solution workshops with with technology teams to design CDP architectures and integrations with MarTech AdTech and CRM digital analytics guidance for all assigned accounts. This guidance consists of identifying planning and executing analysis as the point of escalation for the client requestsoDevelop and foster client relationships especially within clients analytic departmentsoManage relationships with clients and partners and identify opportunities for new data sourcesoEnsure proper analytics implementation of online marketing campaignsoAdvising on building and maintaining complete documentation for all data independently to realize trends and process improvements keeping up to date with the latest technology trends and recommending areas for improvementoProviding ad hoc reportingPractice & People DevelopmentoMentor cross-functional teams on CDP use cases data strategy and customer to thought leadership POVs and industry alliances with CDP vendors (Salesforce Adobe Segment Tealium etc.) to strengthen ecosystem impact: Must have: 1015 years of experience in consulting digital transformation or data-driven experience in CDP strategy implementation or solutioning (Salesforce Data Cloud Adobe RT-CDP Twilio Segment or similar).Proven ability to engage with senior client stakeholders and translate business needs into actionable understanding of MarTech/AdTech ecosystems data privacy and customer experience record of driving revenue growth practice building or business leadership communication and stakeholder management to have: Certification of Salesforce Data Cloud Tealium AudienceStream AI AssociateExperience with Digital Marketing technologies such as Omni-channel Campaign Management Digital Advertising etc. Web tagging & web analyticsExperience in Creating Dashboard Insights ReportingKnowledge of how-to QA Website and Media tagsMedia tagging and tracking (not the technical part but how it works in general)Good to Have Skills (Tableau Claravine ObservePoint SQL Query skills Quantum Metrics Optimizely)Perks: EQUAL OPPORTUNITYIndegene is proud to be an Equal Employment Employer and is committed to the culture of Inclusion and Diversity.
