About the Role
As an ICS Regional Product Trainer you will play a key role in supporting the objectives of the Sales Directors by ensuring product training initiatives align with the organisations development plans.
Your primary focus will be to design deliver and enhance product training programmes that equip our new business sales teams with the essential knowledge and skills to promote and sell company products effectively. These programmes will support business goals and customer requirements reflecting the priorities of the wider organisation.

- Strong understanding of sales processes and customer engagement strategies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex information.
- Ability to create engaging training materials and use e-learning platforms.

- Strong organisational and time management skills.
Education & Experience
- CIPD Level 3 in Learning & Development or equivalent (Desirable).
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Education or related field.
- Experience in product training sales enablement or similar role.
- Proven ability to design and deliver training programmes for diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with LMS platforms and digital learning tools (Desirable).

This role is based at the Birmingham Office and will also involve travel to the other sites within the North and South regions.
