USED CAR MANAGER HIGH VOLUME OPPORTUNITY
Fremont Chevrolet Full-Time Leadership Role
THIS IS NOT A DESK-FILLER ROLE
Fremont Chevrolet is looking for a proven Used Car Manager who knows how to buy cars price them right move inventory fast and produce gross. If you thrive in a competitive fast-paced environment and know how to run a used car department like a business this is your opportunity.
WHAT YOULL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
Full control and accountability of the Used Vehicle Department
Aggressive inventory acquisition through trades auctions and direct purchase
Market-based pricing strategies to maximize turn and profit
Managing reconditioning costs and speed to frontline-ready
Daily appraisal leadership and deal structuring
Driving volume without sacrificing gross
Coaching and holding sales staff accountable to performance standards
Monitoring aging turn rate and ROI and taking action immediately
Partnering with Sales & F&I leadership to close deals and improve penetration
Maintaining top-tier customer satisfaction and online reputation
WHO WERE LOOKING FOR
35 years of proven Used Car or Sales Management experience
Strong understanding of inventory tools pricing software and market analytics
Demonstrated success in high-volume environments
Confident decision-maker who doesnt hesitate on inventory or pricing
Strong desk skills leadership presence and communication ability
