Job Description Digital Marketing Manager
The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for developing implementing and managing the hotels digital marketing strategies to strengthen brand presence increase online visibility and drive revenue growth. This role oversees all digital channels ensures consistent brand messaging and works closely with Sales Revenue and Marketing teams to maximize performance across owned paid and third-party platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with the hotels business objectives.
Manage and optimize the hotels website content to ensure accuracy brand consistency and conversion performance.
Oversee digital campaigns across paid media social media search engines and display advertising.
Manage and monitor online travel platforms and third-party digital channels in coordination with Revenue Management.
Analyze digital performance metrics including traffic conversion rates ROI and campaign effectiveness.
Coordinate content creation for social media email marketing and digital promotions in line with brand guidelines.
Manage online reputation including guest reviews ratings and responses across key platforms.
Collaborate with agencies designers and content creators to ensure timely and high-quality digital execution.
Stay up to date with digital trends tools and best practices within the hospitality industry.
Ensure compliance with brand standards data privacy regulations and digital governance policies.
Prepare regular performance reports and recommendations for management review.
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Minimum 46 years of experience in digital marketing preferably within the hospitality or luxury service industry.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels including SEO/SEM social media email marketing and paid media.
Experience with website CMS platforms analytics tools (Google Analytics or similar) and digital dashboards.
Strong understanding of online consumer behavior and digital performance optimization.
Excellent communication copywriting and project management skills.
Good command of English (spoken and written).
Analytical creative and detail-oriented mindset.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
High level of professionalism and strong brand sensitivity.
