- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets for wedding and social event packages
- Lead mentor and motivate a team of sales professionals to deliver exceptional client service and meet performance objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients corporate partners and key stakeholders in the Jakarta event market
- Manage the complete sales pipeline including lead generation qualification proposal development and contract negotiation
- Customize event packages and solutions to meet diverse client needs while maximizing profitability
- Collaborate with event planning operations and vendor management teams to ensure seamless client experiences
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities and refine sales positioning
- Conduct regular performance reviews with team members and provide coaching to enhance sales skills and productivity
- Prepare and present sales reports forecasts and performance metrics to senior management
- Represent the organization at industry events networking functions and community engagements to build brand awareness
- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain professional standards in all client interactions
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Sales or related field
- Minimum 4-5 years of sales management experience with at least 2 years in the wedding and social event industry
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop sales professionals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Indonesian
- Proficiency with CRM software and sales management tools
- Demonstrated expertise in client relationship management and consultative selling
- Strong negotiation and contract management abilities
- Knowledge of the Jakarta event market and local vendor networks
- Ability to analyze sales data and develop actionable insights
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
