Management and organization of main and earthquake-related storage areas
Planning and monitoring orders according to minimummaximum stock levels
Handling the ordering and goods receipt processes of procurement-approved products
Preparing daily market lists and distributing them to relevant departments
Transporting storing and verifying invoices/delivery notes for products
Managing stock according to FIFO principle and maintaining warehouse records
Ensuring warehouse cleanliness hygiene pest control and organization
Monitoring and arranging repairs for damaged equipment
Conducting monthly stock counts and preparing inventory closure reports
Tracking and managing slow-moving items
Monitoring products approaching expiration and preventing waste
Assigning tasks and ensuring workflow for warehouse staff
Coordinating with Procurement Accounting Kitchen F&B and Housekeeping departments
Controlling uniform linen and operational equipment storages when necessary
Supporting internal and financial audits
Qualifications :
Knowledge of stock and warehouse management (FIFO minimummaximum stock inventory tracking)
Proficiency in ERP / inventory tracking systems and MS Office (especially Excel)
Planning organization and workflow management skills
Team management and coordination abilities
Analytical thinking and attention to detail
Strong communication and interdepartmental collaboration
Sense of responsibility and discipline
Ability to make quick and accurate decisions in crisis and emergency situations
Adaptability to high work tempo and flexible working hours
