Produce handmade chocolates pralines truffles chocolate bars and other specialty items
Develop chocolate products aligned with the hotels concept and seasonal themes
Perform tempering molding filling and decoration processes with precision
Collaborate with the pastry team in the preparation of chocolate-based desserts and buffet items
Create and maintain standardized recipes and product consistency
Ensure quality control of raw materials and proper storage conditions
Comply with hygiene food safety and occupational health standards at all times
Support production planning and stock control
Design customized chocolate products for special events VIP guests and seasonal occasions
Provide technical support and training to team members when required
Qualifications :
Minimum 10 years of experience in chocolate production (preferably in hotels or boutique ateliers)
Strong knowledge of chocolate tempering and different chocolate types
High attention to detail and strong presentation skills
Ability to follow create and standardize recipes
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP preferred)
Creative and innovative mindset
Strong time management and organizational skills
Team player with good communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and flexible working hours
Responsible disciplined and quality-oriented
Guest satisfactionfocused approach
Degree or certification in gastronomy or pastry arts (preferred)
Experience in international hotels or fine-dining environments (preferred)
Participation in professional chocolate or pastry workshops (preferred)
