Job Summary

  • Produce handmade chocolates pralines truffles chocolate bars and other specialty items

  • Develop chocolate products aligned with the hotels concept and seasonal themes

  • Perform tempering molding filling and decoration processes with precision

  • Collaborate with the pastry team in the preparation of chocolate-based desserts and buffet items

  • Create and maintain standardized recipes and product consistency

  • Ensure quality control of raw materials and proper storage conditions

  • Comply with hygiene food safety and occupational health standards at all times

  • Support production planning and stock control

  • Design customized chocolate products for special events VIP guests and seasonal occasions

  • Provide technical support and training to team members when required


Qualifications :

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in chocolate production (preferably in hotels or boutique ateliers)

  • Strong knowledge of chocolate tempering and different chocolate types

  • High attention to detail and strong presentation skills

  • Ability to follow create and standardize recipes

  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP preferred)

  • Creative and innovative mindset

  • Strong time management and organizational skills

  • Team player with good communication skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and flexible working hours

  • Responsible disciplined and quality-oriented

  • Guest satisfactionfocused approach

  • Degree or certification in gastronomy or pastry arts (preferred)

  • Experience in international hotels or fine-dining environments (preferred)

  • Participation in professional chocolate or pastry workshops (preferred)

  • Basic English communication skills
