We are now accepting applications for a Teller Supervisor (Client Service Associate Lead)to join our Service Staff team. Hub location for this position will be The Lakes branch located in Las Vegas NV.

Essential Functions:

Leadsthe daily activities of client service associates.

Coachand counselbranch staff to improve customer service sales and operational skills by providing on-the-job training.

Helpdevelop action plans to meet individual and branch goals.

Ensure the branch provides quality service while protecting against loss.

Maintainadvanced knowledge of branch operations.

If needed supervise branch activities in the absence of or in conjunction with branch management team.

Expand client base through successful selling and coaching techniques including lending applications cross-selling of bank services and products and assisting clients in every area of banking.

If needed be responsible for processing cash transactions and other customer service duties within the branch.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

2 years banking cashiering customer service balancing other related experience or successful completion of company approved training.

Advanced knowledge of cashiering balancing debits credits bank products and/or banking.

Working knowledge of math.

Must have solid balancing and customer service skills.

Ability to cross-sell bank products based on clients needs.

High School diploma or equivalent.

Driving is an essential function of this role and as such employees must have a valid drivers license and good driving record.
