Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone email and chat.
- Provide accurate and timely support for product- or service-related questions.
- Troubleshoot issues and guide customers through solutions.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering professional and friendly service.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to enhance the support process.
Requirements
- Fluent in Slovak (C2) and proficient in English (B2).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- A customer-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.
- No prior experience requiredentry-level candidates are welcome!
