What Youll Do
Lead and manage all daily operations of the service department
Drive customer satisfaction and maintain high CSI scores
Oversee service advisors technicians and support staff
Ensure efficient workflow scheduling and repair order management
Act as the main liaison between customers technicians and management
Monitor department performance productivity and profitability
Ensure compliance with dealership policies manufacturer standards and safety regulations
Handle warranty administration and manufacturer relationships
Coach train and develop service department employees
Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
What Were Looking For
Previous experience as a Service Manager or Assistant Service Manager
Strong leadership organizational and time-management skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Proven ability to manage teams and drive results
Solid understanding of automotive service operations and systems
Tech-savvy and comfortable with dealership software
Ability to work independently and lead by example
Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
Positive professional attitude with a passion for excellence
