Position Summary

The Business Development & Key Account Manager drives strategic growth for Huber AgroSolutions across North America by expanding new business opportunities and deepening relationships with key distributor accounts. This role serves as the primary commercial interface for highvalue customers aligning their needs with HASs capabilities product portfolio and longterm strategic objectives. It is a highly visible marketfacing position that combines business development account leadership and strategic planning to build a sustainable highvalue growth platform for HAS.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute annual key account strategies aligned with the North America commercial plan.
  • Manage daytoday customer needs ensuring exceptional service proactive communication and alignment between customer requirements and HAS priorities.
  • Identify and pursue new market opportunities through product expansion pricing strategies and strategic partnerships.
  • Deeply understand customer businesses and market dynamics to create valuedriven tailored propositions that shift accounts from commodity buying to longterm strategic partnership.
  • Monitor industry trends competitive activity and emerging technologies; translate insights into growth opportunities.
  • Represent HAS at industry events trade shows and customer meetings.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records competitive intelligence and documented sales activities.
  • Lead or support special projects to advance HASs commercial strategy.

Specialized/Technical Knowledge or Required Skills

  • Bachelors degree in Agricultural Business Agronomy Plant Science or related field required.
  • 10 years of experience in fertilizers adjuvants crop protection or related agricultural markets.
  • Strong CRM proficiency (Salesforce preferred) and ability to analyze data for account planning.
  • Exceptional communication presentation and relationshipbuilding skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple highstakes priorities think strategically and execute with precision.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of financial impacts of commercial decisions.
  • Ability to travel 4050% across North America.

$104300.00 -$135400.00

In addition to base compensation individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and profit-sharing payout.
