Job Summary

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES include but are not limited to the following:
ï Run client files in production.
ï Troubleshoot and resolve file exchange issues.
ï Test troubleshoot and coordinate file imports.
ï Liaison between the client and programmers on new layouts/enhancements.
ï Document and maintain import instructions.
ï Ensure import files are processed in a timely manner so as to meet all SLA requirements.
ï Provide support and be cross trained on departmental staff duties.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
ï Excellent telephone etiquette and verbal communication skills.
ï Customer service driven.
ï Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
ï Must possess the ability to coordinate functions with other departments in order to meet objectives in a
timely manner.
ï High technical aptitude including Excel Word and other computer processes/programs preferred.
ï Good mathematical and written communication proficiency preferred.

EDUCATION
Bachelors Degree preferred or equivalent work experience

PHYSICAL DEMANDS The Import Analyst position requires sitting standing and occasional light lifting.
