Role Summary

This role is critical in expanding our footprint by building strong relationships with healthcare professionals promoting innovative healthcare solutions and executing on-ground sales strategies. The ideal candidate will lead technical discussions conduct product demonstrations and organize seminars and CMEs to enhance product adoption. You will be responsible for identifying new market opportunities analyzing competitor activity and achieving sales targets through strategic engagement with hospitals clinics and medical institutions. Your performance will directly impact regional growth and market penetration.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales and business development for LIV & Entonox products within the assigned territory
- Conduct market research to uncover new business opportunities and untapped segments
- Analyze competitor activities and identify strategic market gaps
- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors hospital administrators medical staff and healthcare institutions
- Organize and deliver product presentations seminars CMEs and hands-on product demonstrations at end-user levels
- Lead technical discussions with healthcare professionals to support informed product adoption
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and contribute to regional growth initiatives
- Provide timely market feedback and comprehensive sales reports to management
- Travel extensively across the Western region to support field activities and customer engagements
Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Science or Biomedical Engineering
- 15 years of experience in sales & business development within the healthcare sector
- Proven experience as a Medical Representative Healthcare Sales Executive or in managing healthcare product portfolios
- Prior experience in medical devices healthcare products or hospital sales is highly preferred
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Comfortable with field sales activities customer engagement and on-site product demonstrations
- Willingness to conduct CMEs and product demos as part of sales strategy
- Self-driven result-oriented and customer-focused mindset
- Ability to travel extensively within the Western region
