Job Title : IT Help Desk Analyst (L2 Support Office 365 ServiceNow ITSM NYS)
Location: Delmar NY(Onsite)
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications
Qualifications:
- Experience providing Level 1 and/or Level 2 help desk support to end users through telephone email and in-person interactions.
- Experience configuring and setting up end-user workstations including telephones monitors keyboards mice and laptop docking stations.
- Experience supporting end users with Microsoft Office 365 applications including Outlook Word Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience diagnosing troubleshooting and repairing issues with HP and/or Xerox multifunction devices.
- Experience supporting users with WebEx functionality including meeting setup and troubleshooting.
- Experience working with ServiceNow IT workflows including monitoring assigned tickets performing searches and generating reports; Experience in NYS ITSM is preferred but not required.
- Experience imaging and deploying laptops for end-user use.
