Data Analyst Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Analyze data to provide insights and reports for decision-making purposes
- Develop and implement databases data collection systems data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality
- Interpret data and analyze results using statistical techniques
- Identify trends or patterns in complex data sets
- Filter and clean data and review computer reports printouts and performance indicators
- Work closely with management to prioritize business and information needs
Essential Qualifications:
- Degree in Data Science Statistics Computer Science Mathematics Information Management or related field
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role
- Proficiency in statistical analysis software and data tools
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect organize analyze and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 2years of experience in data analysis
- Experience working in the healthcare industry is a plus
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Python R or SQL
- Experience with machine learning algorithms and predictive modeling
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary Range: $59000 - $89000 per year
