Job Summary

Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and analyze data to provide insights for decision-making.
Conduct research gather requirements and document business processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Create detailed business analysis reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to management.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams to drive project success and ensure alignment with business goals.
Support the implementation of new systems and processes by providing expertise in business analysis and project management.
Conduct training sessions for end-users on new processes and systems to ensure smooth adoption and utilization.
Monitor project progress identify risks and issues and provide solutions to ensure timely delivery and quality results.

Essential Qualifications:

Degree in Business Administration Finance Computer Science or related field.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in a healthcare or related industry.
Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to collect organize analyze and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Proficiency in data analysis tools project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Desired Experience:

Minimum of 2years of experience in business analysis within a healthcare setting.
Experience working on projects related to healthcare technologies data analytics or process improvement.
Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
Experience with Agile methodologies and tools.

Salary & Benefits:

Salary Range: $57000 to $79000 per year.
